Typical day on the job:

I spend about 25% of my time managing other people and 25% planning and implementing projects. The rest of my time is spent in meetings (10%), writing reports (15%), collaborating with peers (15%) and bench time (10%).

Work environment:

I work in an office most of the time. We are the technical division of ALM, a holding company. MTE Services provides laboratory and technical support to all the divisions of ALM.
