Abstract
Prof. Joanna Aizenberg is the Amy Smith-Berylson Professor of Materials Science, Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology and co-Director of the Kavli Institute of Bionano Science and Technology at Harvard University. This talk will introduce two new classes of materials that show the emergence of unprecedented properties and unique behaviors due to the entrapment of a liquid into a structured solid.
