eRosters are available for download by Local Section, Division and International Chemical Sciences Chapters Officers via ACS Community Connections. The roster files can easily be converted to Word, Excel, or other electronic formats to create mailing labels, generate email distribution lists to communicate with your members.
The rosters files are updated monthly and are available for download by section officers. Information on the rosters includes:
- Name, Primary Address, Phone, Email
- Chemistry Degree, Field of Study, Non-chemistry Degree
- Member Category, Join/Expire Dates, Division Membership Information
- Activity Reports, which indicate new members, transfers in and out, and resigned members
- Community Associates residing in your Local Section or International Chapter Territory
- Demographic Summary Report聽聽
To access those reports, enter your login and password for your .听This product enhancement will allow you to access your eRoster files, submit annual reports, report election results all from the convenience of your component group鈥檚 dashboard.听
