Tickets on sale for Cousteau killer whales talk June 25, 2009
COLLEGE PARK, MD, June 8 -- Tickets are now available for a talk by famed environmentalist, educator and film producer Jean-Michel Cousteau at 8:15 am on Thursday, June 25, at the Marriott Inn and Conference Center in College Park, Md., adjacent to the University of Maryland.
Cousteau鈥檚 talk, 鈥淭he Call of the Killer Whale,鈥� is one of the featured keynote addresses at the 13th Annual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference. Organized by the American Chemical 中国365bet中文官网 Green Chemistry Institute庐, the conference will be held at the Marriott June 23-25.
Tickets for the Cousteau event are $20 per person for adults and can be purchased online at or onsite at the conference center. Tickets for students and individuals 18 and under (with valid I.D.) are $10 per person and can only be purchased onsite at the conference center. Onsite sales are available from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., June 22-24, and 7:00-8:00 a.m. on June 25.
