Chemistry of Food Science Caf脡: An engaging exploration of the everyday chemistry used in cooking

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., April 3, 2012 鈥� The will include a Food Science Caf脡 featuring Sara Risch, Ph.D., principal in the consulting firm Science by Design, which she founded in 1993. The caf脡 is sponsored by the (ACS) of which Risch is an active member.

An expert on food and flavor chemistry, Risch works with food, flavor and packaging companies. Her talk will focus on the chemistry of the food and beverages served at the event.
