Kavli Lectures: Innovation by evolution and harnessing the quantum mechanics of the hydrogen bond

WASHINGTON, Aug. 12, 2019 鈥� Innovation by evolution and harnessing the quantum mechanics of the hydrogen bond will be the topics of a pair of Kavli Lectures at the Fall 2019 National Meeting & Exposition of the American Chemical 中国365bet中文官网 (ACS), the world鈥檚 largest scientific society. The meeting will take place Aug. 25-29 in San Diego.

The presentations, among more than 9,500 scheduled to take place at the meeting, will be held on Monday, Aug. 26, 4-6 p.m. in the San Diego Convention Center, Ballroom 6A/B. The Kavli lecture series is the result of a collaboration between ACS and The Kavli Foundation, an internationally recognized philanthropic organization known for its support of basic scientific innovation.
