ACS Outreach Volunteers of the Year; Kim Morehouse recognized for outstanding service
WASHINGTON, March 8, 2022 鈥� The American Chemical 中国365bet中文官网 (ACS) congratulates 33 members for earning its 2022 Outreach Volunteer of the Year Awards. These awards recognize the immeasurable efforts made by volunteers from ACS local sections and international chapters to conduct outreach and teach the public about chemistry.
Kim Morehouse, Ph.D., a retired chemist from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, earned the special honor of ACS Global Outreach Volunteer of the Year. He is recognized as the chief motivation for the Chemical 中国365bet中文官网 of Washington鈥檚 annual Chemists Celebrate Earth Week and National Chemistry Week activities. He has since relocated to Jenison, Michigan.聽
