Ai Requestor is open for ACS Spring 2025 requests.ÌýThe deadline to enter event requests isÌýFriday, November 8. After this date, a late fee of $200 may be applied to your event confirmation.
If you are planning an in-person event in San Diego, you can accessÌýto submit logistics for your event by the appropriate deadlines listed below.Ìý
If you will be planning only a virtual event with no physical space in San Diego, please do not complete the space request form. Virtual event information needs to be entered in a separateÌýform available online in the coming weeks.

| Dec 2 | Venue locations and menu selections are available in Ai Requestor. |
| Dec 13 | Final deadline to enter F&B in Ai Requestor. |
| Jan 10 | Final confirmation(s) with confirmed room name and detailed logistics, including expected attendance, are sent out from Ai Requestor. |
| Jan 17 | Approval of final confirmation(s) and meal guarantees are due from clients. All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply. |
