Make the most out of your time at ACS Spring 2025 with these tips for a successful meeting and things to know before you go.
First-Time Attendee Orientation
Attend a first-time attendee orientation in-person or online to learn valuable tips and insights for navigating your meeting experience.
Online:听Friday, March 7, 2:30 - 3:30 ET. Registration required.
In-Person: Sunday, March 23, 7:00 AM PT,听San Diego Convention Center, Room 6A/B
Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up
Onsite registration and badge pick-up will begin on Saturday, March 22, at 7:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) at the San Diego Convention Center. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registration payments. Cash and checks will not be accepted for onsite registration.听
The Hilton Bayfront which is the ACS Governance Hotel, is open for registration and badge pick-up from听Friday, March 21, from 1:00 PM 鈥� 5:00 PM,听 Saturday, March 22 through Monday, March 24, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT.听
Please be prepared to show a valid ID in order to pick up your badge.
Shuttle Bus Transportation
The ACS Campus Map is the go-to resource for complimentary shuttle bus schedules and a walking distance map between ACS hotels and the San Diego Convention Center. It also provides all the necessary information about technical session programming locations.听
Parent Rooms and Child Care Onsite
Complimentary childcare is available at the San Diego Convention Center for children aged 3 to 14 years. Parents must听pre-register听for childcare services by March 13, 2025.听Childcare is available Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Thursday from 7:00 AM 鈥� 1:00 PM based on your registration.
Parent Rooms 鈥� there are a number of locations that offer privacy for nursing parents or any infant caregiver at the San Diego Convention Center, to take a break with or without your infant. See the onsite information booth for location information.听
Complimentary Luggage & Coat Check
Complimentary luggage & coat check will be available in the San Diego Convention Center.

Wellness Lounge & Pickleball in the Expo Hall
Take a break during the expo in our Wellness Lounge, a comfortable space designed to help you pause and recharge. Whether you need a moment to sit down, check your messages, or step away from the busy expo floor, the Wellness Lounge offers a convenient spot to reset. We鈥檙e also excited to announce the return of pickleball! Grab a paddle and enjoy a quick game as a fun way to re-energize between sessions. Stay tuned for more information on activities and features coming to this space!

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of Attendance will be immediately available online after completing the ACS Spring 2025 Meeting Survey. A link to the certificate will be provided in your survey confirmation with further instructions.
Attendees who complete an ACS Spring 2025 Meeting survey onsite will be eligible to receive a free ACS Spring 2025 t-shirt at the ACS Info Booth located in the main information booth (Lobby D). T-shirt supplies are limited. In addition, gift card drawings will be held for completed post-event meeting surveys. Your feedback is valuable!
Image Resources

A few tips for a successful virtual meeting experience
听
ACS ID
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don鈥檛 already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Meeting platform
Access the platform early. The meeting platform is available to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser
The meeting platform runs best from a computer using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Please note: Third party cookie blocking may limit some of the platform features.
Clear your cache
Be sure to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we鈥檝e created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
The technical sessions will take place in Zoom 鈥� make sure to . If your company or agency blocks Zoom, please contact ACS Membership Services.
