Ai Requestor is open for ACS Fall 2025 requests.ÌýThe deadline to enter event requests is Friday, May 9th . After this date, a late fee of $200 may be applied to your event confirmation(s).
If you are planning an in-person event(s) in Washington, you can accessÌýÌýto submit logistics for your event(s) by the appropriate deadlines listed below.Ìý
If you will be planning only a digital event with no physical space in Washington, please do not complete the space request form. Digital event information needs to be entered in a separateÌýform available online in the coming weeks.

Upcoming Deadlines

| May 9 | All meeting room requests are due, and the Ai Requestor closes. |
| May 23 | Venue locations and menu selections are available in Ai Requestor. |
| June 6 | Final deadline to enter F&B in Ai Requestor. |
| June 20 | Final confirmation(s) with confirmed room name and detailed logistics, including expected attendance, are sent out from Ai Requestor. |
| June 27 | Approval of final confirmation(s) and meal guarantees are due from clients. All changes from this point forward must be made on-site. Additional charges may apply. |
