Onsite Registration & Badge Pick-up
Onsite registration and badge pick-up will begin on Saturday, August 16, at 7:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Please note that only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registration payments. Cash and checks will not be accepted for onsite registration.听
Please be prepared to show a valid ID in order to pick up your badge.
Shuttle Bus Transportation
The ACS Campus Map is the go-to resource for complimentary shuttle bus schedules and a walking distance map between ACS hotels and the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. It also provides all the necessary information about technical session programming locations.听

Parent Rooms and Child Care Onsite
Parent Rooms: There are a number of locations that offer privacy for nursing parents or any infant caregiver at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, to take a break with or without your infant. See the onsite information booth for location information.
Complimentary childcare is available at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for children aged 3 to 14 years. Parents must听pre-register听for childcare services by August 7, 2025.听Childcare is available Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Thursday from 7:00 AM 鈥� 1:00 PM based on your registration. August 8, 2025 is the deadline to submit a request for childcare service.
Complimentary Luggage & Coat Check
Complimentary luggage & coat check will be available in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

Expo Theaters/Pitch Labs
Available during Expo Hours
Expo Theaters: Located on the show floor, the Expo Theaters offer dynamic presentations from industry innovators. These 50-minute presentations cover trending topics and practical insights tailored to attendees looking to expand their knowledge in an accessible, engaging format. Open to all attendees, the theaters are a hub for learning and discovery during exhibit hours.
Pitch Labs: The Labs bring a high-energy format to the expo floor, giving forward-thinking organizations a platform to share their newest ideas, products, and services in fast-paced, 10-minute pitches.
Atom Cafe Registration Upgrade听

- A Quiet Space: Whether you need to work or simply relax, our dedicated area in the Expo Hall offers the perfect environment from Monday to Wednesday during Expo hours.

Smart Tags
ACS is continuing to run a pilot program utilizing smart tags to count session attendance and interest in various events/activities through beacons installed at the Convention Center and affiliated hotels hosting technical programming. These smart tags, which are attached to lanyards, streamline the process of monitoring attendance at sessions and events by eliminating the need for individual badge scans at each session or event. The data that will be collected with assist ACS with contracting and allocating meeting space for future Spring and Fall meetings.
Data Privacy Assurance:
- The ACS data policy is strictly enforced.
- Anonymous Data Collection: Smart tags collect anonymous data on session attendance and duration via beacons at each event location.
- No Tracking: Smart tags do not track individual movements and do not contain GPS capabilities.
- Limited Activation: Smart tags are inactive outside designated event areas.
Opt-Out Option:
- Attendees have the option to opt out of the pilot program during the registration process.
- Attendees may opt not to receive a tracker when picking up their meeting credentials.
Sustainability Commitment:
- ACS encourages attendees to support sustainability efforts by recycling their lanyards, badges, and tags upon departure from the event.
Your participation aids ACS in enhancing future programming and ensuring a superior experience for all attendees.

A few tips for a successful virtual meeting experience
听
ACS ID
In order to register and attend the virtual meeting, you will need a free ACS ID. If you don鈥檛 already have one, you can easily create an ACS ID. Users MUST log in using the ACS ID and credentials used for registration. For ACS ID support, please contact ACS Membership Services by email.
Meeting platform
Access the platform early. The meeting platform is available to explore. We strongly encourage registrants to log in, look around, and use the system checker tools to ensure the best experience throughout the meeting.
Use an optimal browser
The meeting platform runs best from a computer using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. Please note: Third party cookie blocking may limit some of the platform features.
Clear your cache
Be sure to clear your browser cache. The log in page can get sticky, and we want you to sail smoothly through. For reference, we鈥檝e created this quick guide (PDF) to help for PC or MAC users.
Prepare to access Zoom
